CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, we want all Christchurch United FC Shop customers to be satisfied with their purchases. You can return any unwanted product and get a refund of the amount you paid.
To make a return, enter my account and follow the steps. You have 14 calendar days to make the return.

WHAT KIND OF ITEMS CAN’T I RETURN?
We accept the return of all kinds of items except:
  • Any customised product.
  • Masks / Swimsuits / Underwear / Bottles / Flasks / Jugs / Cups / Glasses / Dummies / Baby bottles and accessories / headphones and all products that are delivered sealed.
  • Any product not in its original packaging or without the labels it was delivered with, and/or that is not in perfect condition.
  • Products that have been used.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you are a Registered user, follow these steps to return an item:
  1. Enter the returns section from your account and select the items you want to return.
  2. You will receive an email with the instructions to follow to make the return.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will verify the change and refund the amount of the returned item (the customer will bear the total shipping costs of the operation).
If you made the purchase as a Guest user, access your order details through the link you received in your purchase confirmation email and follow the same steps to make the return as those of a registered user. If you have the order number, you can also access the order details from this link.
Keep the proof of return as a reference (*We recommend that you send your return via certified mail so you can track your package at all times).

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?
For returns, we promise to reimburse the full cost of the product while the customer bears the total delivery costs of the operation. In other words, if the customer benefited from free delivery, they must pay the corresponding amount plus the return delivery costs.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
When the product reaches our warehouse (the delivery time will vary depending on the type of delivery you selected at the time of the return), we will check that the item is in good condition and is free of damage or defects and, provided everything is correct, we will start the return process.
We recommend that you send your return via certified mail so you can track your package at all times.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and verified, we will issue the refund using the original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
The refund may take up to 30 business days to appear in your statement from the time the return is verified.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES INCOMPLETE?
If you have only received part of your purchase, it is because we have divided your order into two packages. You will receive an email informing you about the items and the delivery date of each.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF AN ITEM?
