Christchurch United Football Club is expanding
and is inviting new coaches to join our team

We invite individuals with experience and passion for coaching to help us train great kids and help them achieve as much as possible to become well-rounded individuals ready for life ahead.

DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A QUALIFIED COACH?

Christchurch United FC is the only club in the South Island with every coach having a New Zealand Football qualification, because we are committed to offering the best football training to our players. If you are interested in becoming a coach at cufc, you must be willing to undertake relevant courses to attain the rquired qualifications.

You have to have one or more of the following qualifications:

Oceania C license for Academy coaches U13-U17
Junior 3 for Pre Academy coaches of U9-U12
Junior 2 for FUNiño U4-U8 coaches⠀⠀

If you love football and want to train children – you are welcome to apply for this position.

Christchurch United Football Club offers a range of unique opportunities for personal and professional growth. This includes a coach's individual development program and support provided by our club coaches, NZF and international consultants.

Our preference is for ex-players or qualified PE teachers for this paid position.

The right candidate:

Be passionate about training and coaching young players (U4-U17)

Have great communication skills
Be enthusiastic and thrilled to become a part of our future plan
Will be able to work in the afternoon and Saturday as part of normal (5-days a week) working

We also invite qualified school teachers to become football coaches U4-U8, the necessary football courses will be paid for by the club.
