This scholarship fund, established by our sponsor, Heartland Technology, aims to provide young athletes with opportunities to experience high-level football development through Christchurch United.

Recipients of the scholarship should demonstrate a strong ambition to develop their football skills, as evidenced by their commitment, work ethic, and desire to improve both on and off the field.

Scholarship recipients are expected to:

• Commit to a full-year program spanning four terms.
• Maintain high levels of attendance at all training sessions, matches, and related activities.
• Exhibit positive behavior that reflects the club’s values, including unity, discipline, respect, passion, and responsibility.
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism in their approach to training, games, and interactions with teammates, coaches, and staff.

As a priority, scholarship funds will cover club fees and uniform costs, as these are the biggest barriers to a players development. There will be a committee made of members from various aspects of the Football club to best delegate the funds.
