HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?Shopping in the Christchurch United FC Shop is very simple.
Follow these steps to place your first order with us.
1. From the top menu visit the
Shop2. Find the item you want to buy. In the product details, click on the add to my cart button.
3. Check the items you have added to the cart. You can edit the cart as many times as you like (e.g. adding or removing products, customising them or changing the sizes).
4. Fill in your details.
5. Pick up your purchase from CUFC office
6. Complete your purchase as a guest or register with the Christchurch United FC Shop.
7. You will then receive an order confirmation email.
If you have made a purchase as a guest, remember that you can also
create your Christchurch United FC Shop account to enjoy more benefits when you are shopping next time.
HOW CAN I SEE WHAT I HAVE IN MY CART?You can easily check this by clicking the cart icon in the top menu of the page.
You can make any changes here before starting your purchase (check the price, choose the number of units, confirm the sizes, customise a product or remove it from the cart).
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping cart will be in stock. As a result, if any of these run out, we will use that section to let you know.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?Checking the status of your order is very simple! When your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track your order.

Register here.HOW DO I CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?When you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with your order confirmation.

click here.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. Check the terms and conditions for returning items once you have received your package by
clicking hereWHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?If one of the items included in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email and divide the order into two deliveries. In this case, we will send you a confirmation email when each of your packages leaves our warehouses, along with the estimated delivery date and a link where you can track it.
If the product is out of stock, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
IS THERE “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” OPTION?While we do not have this function yet, it is on our development plans to be introduced.
CAN I RESERVE A PRODUCT?Not yet, this feature is also under development to be introduced soon.
HOW CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?To add a new item: choose the product, define the quantity and size (if necessary) and click the
add to cart button. Your cart will update automatically.
Click continue shopping to add more products to your cart without losing your selected items. When you’re finished, click the
buy button to complete your purchase.
If you want to increase or reduce the number of units of a product, you can do it directly from the cart, using the + or - buttons until you have the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping cart will be in stock. As a result, you will be able to see in the shopping cart if any of these run out.
HOW CAN I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?If you want to delete an item completely from the cart, you can do it from the cart. Choose the product you want to remove and click the trash can icon, the item will automatically disappear from the cart.
If you want to reduce the number of units of a given product, you can do it directly from the cart itself with the help of the + or - buttons until you have the desired number of items. Once the change is made, the price will be adjusted proportionally.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the items in your shopping cart will be in stock. As a result, you will be able to see in the shopping cart if any of these run out.

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE?Of course. To receive an invoice for your purchases, you will need to send an email request to:
