A lovely bit of wing play from David Yoo forced the Nomad's stopper into a save and Joel Stevens was there to tap it home and put United into a 14-minute lead.
Stevens turned provider just a few moments later as he whipped a crossed from the left lank to the back post for Joel Peterson to header home goal number two.
The first half flurry of goal continued when Stevens picked up a loose ball outside the box, drive into space and smacked another into the top right-hand corner.
Chances in the second half were few and far between, but Ryan Edwards' men got the job done in the first 45 and secured three points on a fantastic opening night!
