Christchurch United will be the only South Island Team to join the 24 Team Tournament, hosted by Western Springs AFC. This Tournament will host some of the finest young footballers in the Country.
The 2020 National Youth Tournament begins on Friday, December 18 and concludes on Sunday, December 20 when the nation’s best youth football team is crowned.
Our Team is in Pool C in the group stage and will face Auckland United FC, Tauranga City, Eastern Suburbs, Bay Olympic and Hibiscus Coast.
The tournament provides our Under 17s with a fantastic opportunity to test themselves against a high standard of opposition, while also enjoying all the excitement of travelling as a team and playing great football. We are all excited for them, and can’t wait to watch their progress within Pool C.
