As term 1 starts this week, we are excited to bring back our weekly goalkeeper training programme for goalkeepers aged between U9 - U17.
The Christchurch United Goalkeeper Programs provide specialised coaching for young goalkeepers.
The program focuses on developing the technical and tactical skills required for the modern goalkeeper.
You will be placed in a group with goalkeepers of a similar age and/or ability to allow for more opportunity to identify your individual strengths and weaknesses.
Sessions will be adjusted based on this so that all goalkeepers have the best chance to develop their goalkeeping skills and reach their potential.
There are two age categories and programs:
U9 - U12 Goalkeeping Program: Mondays 5:45pm - 6:30pm
U13 - U20 Goalkeeping Program: Tuesday 5:45pm - 6:30pm
