Christchurch United gained club license

Christchurch United continue to show their dedication of offering the best platform for player development across youth football, and have therefore been granted their 2019 club licence from Mainland Football.

From Mainland Football: “There are a number of clubs have been working hard with their attention on Club Licencing, a New Zealand Football run program aimed at increasing the quality of club football throughout the country.”

“Clubs in the Mainland region are heading into their second season of this initiative which is principally built around two technical programs. The Skills Centre program is aimed at 9 to 12 year old’s, and the Talent Development Program is for 13 to 15 year olds, with both programs having a number of criteria that clubs must meet in order to be recognized by NZF.”

“We would like to congratulate everyone at Christchurch United who have worked hard to achieve this outcome for their club.”
